Dec. 13th- Christmas Bazaar @ Symsonia 8-2
Dec. 17th- Polar Express Day/Pajama Day (K and 2nd graders)
   *Kindergarten and Second graders will team up to read The Polar Express and do a reader's theater     on The Polar Express.  WE will also enjoy The Polar Express movie, hot chocolate, and cookies on     Wednesday.
Dec. 18th- Christmas program- K-3 @ 9:15
Dec. 19th- Christmas Parties at 2:00- (I will will send a note home next week in regards to student      
      gift exchange).
Dec. 22nd-Jan. 2 Christmas Break
Jan. 7th- Dad's and Donuts ( Information Coming Soon)

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held October 16th from 3:30 to 6:30.  Please call the school to schedule a time to discuss your child.

PIZZA INN night is October 20th, and I will be serving to support our school's PTO.  Please come out and join us from 4-8!  I hope to see you there!!!

Picture Day is this Wednesday!

Spirit Week

Spirit Week - Battle of the Birds! 

• The high school has asked that we participate WITH them in their spirit week to support our Graves County Football Team.  
  • Tuesday: Tie Die Tuesday - Wear your favorite tie-die apparel.
    
  • Wednesday: Hat's off to the Eagles!! Wear your favorite hat. 
  • Thursday: Throwback Thursday!  Dress in your favorite decade gear. 
  • Friday: Blue and Gray Day - Wear your favorite Eagle Gear! 

Thursday, September 18th - High Attendance Day! 

**Please make sure your child is here on Thursday, September 18th!  We will have drawings throughout the day.  I want Symsonia to win the State Award with 100% attendance!!  Go Rough Riders! 

September 24th - Picture Day!

Grandparents are invited to attend Grandparent's Day Breakfast with your child on September 10th.  PTO will be taking pictures, and grandparents are allowed to take their child to the Book Fair!


September 11th from 12-5 is our annual blood drive.

Our breakfast time has changed to meet the needs of our kiddos!  We will now go from 7:40-7:50.  Please feel free to join us for breakfast anytime.
